In the case of not being satisfied with the Products received or simply having changed your mind regarding the purchase thereof after sending by e-mail the Order Confirmation, you can return them within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days after Delivery of the Products and get the refund.
You can opt for this right of cancellation without any penalty and without providing any reason.
If the returns are made, the total refund of the amount of the purchased products will be made and not including the shipping costs (if these existed).
Keep in mind that as long as you have the Products you are responsible for keeping them safe and in good condition and as such they must be returned.
The return process is as follows:
- Access the "Order history" section of your account.
- Select the order from which you want to return an item, by clicking on "Details".
- Select the product (s) you wish to return by checking the box next to your name (s).
- Add the amount you need to return (in case more than one product needs to be returned).
- (optional) Add an explanation, so that the store team can better understand why the customer wants to return this product.
- Click on "Request a refund".
Once your return request has been received, from our administration department they will contact you to indicate the steps to follow and agree on how the refund will be refunded.
